I spent over $200 with Volcano and they wouldn’t even replace my Tank atty. It leaks juice all over my battery and they said nothing is wrong with the atomizer. I can’t believe that although I spent money with them, they wouldn’t help me out. I had to buy another one since they wouldn’t replace it, and guess what… Same damn thing, leaking again. Their atomizers suck! And their service sucks too! I know I am not the only one, I’ve read other places of people having the same issues with Volcano. So buyer beware… You are better off getting blucig, at least you get your money back even though blucig is known to suck. With volcano you are sold a lie, weak products with no money back. I actually bought an atty from their competitor in Hawaii. Vapor Tokers. Atty is way better, with no problems. Just FYI folks.

I’m so disappointed in the Inferno. They hyped it up with a cool look, but it is all show and no go, that is probably why it is so cheap. It is definately a knock off of the real models like it. They still have weak atomizers that don’t last a few days and of course still not replaceable. They USB battery doesn’t work all the time, I use it on the computer and think it is charged, leave to go out and it dies on me. I thought it was a deal when I bought it, but with the shipping it is the same as buying a better quality brand. I heard a lot of bad things about Volcano products, but I had to see for myself. Man, I wish they would put some money into their products instead of their advertising. So disappointed in the Inferno. I think I’m going to replace the atomizer and eventually everything else with the Fatty parts from Vapor Tokers. I read a lot of people are doing that and getting much better results. Hey live and learn…

Thank you to all you peeps promoting or commenting on the Fatty. I was about to give up on these things. I have had so many crappy ecigs and spent over 500 bucks already. Unsurprisingly, I am a victim of Volcano and V2cigs. I didn’t dig their non replacement policy of atomizers especially. I can’t believe they expect us to keep buying parts. I can’t even get a hold of anyone anymore at V2. I think they sold too much crap that they can’t even handle the support calls. They were out of stock of replacement batteries for me. I tried the Magma, but just like my V2, the batteries were junk and didn’t last very long. I even tried their inferno conversion, a little better, but their atomizers suck, and they don’t replace them. Let me repeat that, they don’t replace them. ugh! I’m not surprised to see the rest of the pissed off people here and elsewhere. Anyway, so happy with my Fatty, battery strong and atomizer pumps! I even burnt one out because all my friends kept passing it around like a joint and it overheated because we were all drunk…lol I was stoked when VT replaced it for me even though it was my fault. I paid them back though because all my other friends toke Fattyz too! Thanks guys!

I have been able to quit smoking in a few weeks. I got an NJoy for my birthday from my daughter. It took a little while to get used to the vaper and not smoke. I think if I didn’t really want to quit, it would have been really hard because there are some things that make it a little tedious. I had to change the battery every hour and the cartridges didn’t last as long as they said they would. But with determination, it did get the job done. But I am looking to get a new ecig, because my NJoy stopped working, they will not replace it either, so I have been looking for a replacement. Looks like the Toker is a well liked product, so I’ll probably get one, maybe my daughter will buy me another one…hehe. Anyways, if you are thinking of using ecigs to quit, they do work, but keep in mind you will have a slight learning curve on using it. Don’t give up, and give them a good shot.

There has been posts and articles on other sites talking about burning out atomizers. People are finding that some brands of ejuice are the culprit because of what the contents are that create exotic flavors. Johnson’s Creek ejuice is one that people use because of the taste, but they are putting citric acid which doesn’t go well with your filament in your atomizer. It deteriorates it and shortens the life of your atomizer drastically. Just FYI and keep in mind that if you are vaping some flavor that is not on the basic artificial flavoring list, then something has to be added to create that taste and it might not be good for your atomizers. I know a few people that noticed a reduced life of their atomizers using brands like Johnson’s Creek and Halo, US backyard ejuice brewers.

Crap! Every issue I have been having is all listed here and a few other sites. I can’t believe I didn’t find this site earlier. I too am another one biting the dust on these Volcanos. Looks like Volcano has the same reputation as Blucig. I wish I knew before I dished out $100. F$%k! I have had three atomizers go out on me in two weeks and none of them were replaced, and now I know why after reading all yall’s posts. I got me a white magma, and I am so tired of the battery flashing dead on me, it just pisses me off and it seems like it happens sooner and sooner after every charge. The Pack can not keep up. I read about them copying some other company with bigger batteries, I guess I have to go and spend more money with that other company. I just want an ecig that works, good vapor and good battery life, and especially good warranty. Volcano Sucks at all three! I advise you folks to treat us better, it is only a matter of time before you lose your grip on the market. It is like putting a Honda Civic engine in a Ferarri. Looks nice on the outside, but performs like shit!

I am upset with Volcano and had to share. I bought a Magma kit for me and my wife. I also bought 10 spare atomizers, Manual batteries, and juice. I spent almost $500 with them. In the first two weeks half of my atomizers were dead. When I called them to get them relplaced they told me they don’t warranty atomizers after three days…WTF! Three Frickin Days. The ecig worked ok for a few days, but the batteries become inconsistent and the atomizers die fast. I can’t believe they would not help me out a little even after I spent a lot of money with them. I guess they only care about sales and profit. So I advise you to check with the companies and make sure you understand the replacement policy. Because All ecigs have batteries that die and atomizers that die. You will need to buy extra and get some replaced. I am so pissed off that I spent all that money and they wouldn’t throw me a frickin bone. I was really torqued with them, so when I called Vapor Tokers, I let them have it with questions and made assumptions, but they calmed me down and after talking to the support person for a while, I kind of felt better. They even gave me a pitty discount…hehe Now I’m rolling with a Fatty, hands down the best I have ever had so far. F Volcano and their crappy charging packs. I hope they read this and remember me. They might not though if there are others that call and complain to them. My Name is Andy, look it up. You should have helped me out, I make sure non of my friends buy their crap. If you want a charging pack 510 version then buy a sovereign, it is the same ecig but cheaper.
Feeling better now,
AndyM
You guys are so right…I got me a Volcano Magma because I wanted it to look like a cigarette. But it got to be such a hassle, changing the batteries all day, waiting for the charger, it is hard to drip in the carts, they are so narrow. My fried had the Vapor Tokers Fatty and never seemed to be fussing with hers. And it gave a stronger throat hit, so I gave up on the small ecigs, although I wish there was one small like that that was less to deal with, but I guess size does matter..;) Much happier with my Fatty, now I carry my Magma as a secondary, or let my curious friends try it.
Aloha,
Pam
Hi Guys and Gals,
I have been using this V2cig for a week now. I got it as a gift from my brother who really wants me to quit. But I don’t really like it. The smoke or vapor is not like a cigarette, sometimes I can get a decent hit when the battery is fully charged, but after three hits, the vapor is not as strong as the first. Changing batteries is the biggest pain. I had to buy a wall charger because the pack takes too long to charge, I kill the extra battery before the charging case is ready. Anyone got a better suggestion, I don’t want to carry 5 batteries with me all day. It is easier to light up a cigarette of which I am trying to quit. HELP!
Thanks,
Tina
Finally, I found an ecig that I like! I started with a NJoy Npro, and I can’t believe I thought it was good. I used it when I would play poker with my friends. I liked being able to vape at the table and incorporate the ecig in my poker look..hehe But then the batteries would die so fast. One day I was playing poker and someone else had an ecig too. It was longer than mind and pumping huge clouds of vapor. I was like damn! where did you get yours? It turned out to be what I now know is a Toker 1. It also had a blue light instead of my red light, which I though was cool. I did some checking online and realized there were so many more ecigs out there. I decided to try the volcano ecig because it had a charging case for it. It worked a little better than my npro did. Plus now I had the case for it. Again we were playing poker and I was puffing on my ecig like always and another person had theirs. It looked different than any other I had seen before. Again someone else had an ecig pumping more vapor than mine. I decided to check out the Toker 1, because the last time thay guy’s Toker was clouding the room. When I visited the website, I saw something even better. I saw the Fatty! I finally found the ecig of choice..! So much better, now I can vape all day and through the whole poker game without changing my battery. If you hate changing batteries, then get a Fatty!
